Job Overview

L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Electrical Associate to join our team.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • On-site, full time role in Reading, PA

``` - Completing assigned tasks daily - Maintain UL Logbook - Installing LEDs into sign boxes - Understanding blueprints and LED layout specifications - Knowledge of controls and DMX (and similar) power supplies - Basic sign assembly - Safety and workplace organization - Other duties as required

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous Industry experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • General construction and electrical knowledge
  • Ability to read construction drawings
  • Minimum 2 years of electrical experience preferred
  • Must provide own tools
  • Requires strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently to successfully complete work assignments
  • Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed.
