Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role is significant in the telecom industry, focusing on HRIS Analysis. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be instrumental in improving our HRIS systems, providing valuable insights through data analysis, and assisting in the development of new systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing HRIS systems to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with HR and IT departments to develop and implement new HRIS solutions.

• Conduct data analysis to provide valuable insights for decision making.

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of new HRIS systems.

• Document system processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.

• Provide technical support and training to HR and other users on how to use HRIS systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRIS systems.

• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR and employee data.

• Stay updated on latest trends and advancements in HRIS systems and technology.

• Participate in HRIS system upgrades and data migration projects. Requirements • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

• Have proven experience in HRIS analysis

• Display proficiency in business system analysis and requirements documentation

• Demonstrate knowledge of project management principles

• Show evidence of strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Be able to work collaboratively in team settings

• Display proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite

• Have experience with process improvement and workflow optimization

• Show aptitude in understanding and creating data flow diagrams or system diagrams

• Be able to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders

• Demonstrate ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Show evidence of strong organizational and time management skills

• Have a strong understanding of HR processes and data
