Copeland Finance Manager in Rayong, Thailand

Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintenance of general ledger, including month-end closing and account reconciliations, incompliance with GAAP

  • Revenue assurance, including billing, collection and recognition in accordance with GAAP

  • Estimate cash projections/dividend distribution and initiate necessary cash management transactions

  • Prepare forecasting total working capital (TWC: DPO, DSO, and DTO) and analysis actual vs forecast

  • Prepare monthly US financial statements package in Oracle Hyperion

  • Analyze actual expenses against forecasting and budgetary (main plant for fixed cost and whole plant for Scroll plant)

  • Review all payment

  • Review all purchase requisition

  • Yearly, monthly corporate reporting

  • Prepare income tax returns with Board of Investment (BOI) incentive and review sales VAT and withholding tax report and the transactional tax report in a multi-state environment

  • Forecast half-year tax return form and effective tax rate

  • Prepare One Source Tax Provision (OTP)

  • Prepare Defer Tax Assets/Liabilities

  • Support Data for Transfer Pricing Document

  • Liaison for outside service providers, including auditors, tax accountants, insurance brokers, and other external constituents

  • Interface with all levels of the organization, including remotely located personnel

  • Manage Staff Accountant who has accounting, office management, financial analysis, and other operational responsibilities

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

  • Accounting and cost accounting qualification and management

  • At least 5 years in Accounting or Finance role

  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word as well as experience with Accounting software

  • Can work under high pressure

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Strong leadership and proven supervisory skills

  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
