The Position Operations Assistant is a well rounded person that excels in a fast paced environment. Assisting with the overall responsibility for the success of the company. You will be assisting c-suite executives on daily operations at a high level. Responsibilities: Calendar & Email management Schedule internal and external client meetings (both in person and via Zoom or MS Teams) Update and manage scheduling lists and task lists Coordinate and manage travel itinerary Entering and maintaining detailed client information in a CRM database Develop strong familiarity with clients, carriers, and client relations. Screen incoming phone calls and emails Onboarding employees and assisting with human resources Assist with marketing efforts Assist with sales calls and lead generation Develop systems and standard operating procedures Manage supplies and office inventory Manage miscellaneous special projects throughout the day to day operations Represent our Core Values Qualifications: Self motivated In-depth knowledge of technology, and developing systems and standard operating procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
