Kelly Services Parts Receiving Specialist in Raymond, Ohio
Kelly is currently hiring for a Parts Receiving Specialist in the Raymond OH area.
Offload daily deliveries, identify and confirm correct part receipt and documentation, scan/input receipt and route parts to correct location.
Adhere to building and departmental safety regulations and guidelines. Report all safety and work area or equipment concerns.
Maintain clean, organized, and professional work area.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Offload daily FedEx truck and other carrier deliveries
Open packages, confirm part and documentation match
Scan/input receipt, confirm scan, stamp date and QC check
Route parts to designated shelving or bins
Assist the administrative specialist in the preparation of hazmat boxes for shipment of parts as requested or scheduled
General warehouse housekeeping and recycling duties, such as operate cardboard compactor, dispense bale when full
Identify “exception” parts and/or packaging for review by Administrative Specialist
Assist special projects as needed
Operate electric forklift as well as inspection as schedule
· Physical ability to be on feet all day and to safely and repetitively lift packages and parts up to 80 pounds; average weight 8 pounds.
· Dedicated attention to safe parts handling, lifting and equipment operation.
· Basic Microsoft Office computer skills; scan and save data, responsible usage.
· Maintain professional appearance, standards and ethics.
Provide highest level of attention to detail, trust, and value to our clients.
Adjust to workload volume changes while maintaining safety and quality.
Warehouse and/or auto parts experience.
HAZMAT awareness and certification – every 3 years, recurrent as mandated.

This position is 40 hours per week (8:30am-5:00pm) and is considered a short-term assignment for a qualified candidate demonstrating consistent, outstanding performance and motivation.
