Ensuring certain jobs as oil changes, equipment washing, livestock feeding, seed deliveries, chemical deliveries, liquid fertilizer deliveries are being done. Daily reporting to management will be necessary. During season will assist in necessary activities such as preparing all equipment for fieldwork, spraying crops; operating equipment such as combines, tractors, fertilizer spreader, sprayer, UTV\'s, mowing equipment; maintaining yards and roadside mowing/trimming, maintaining elevator belts/motors, maintaining work area cleanliness. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employers discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employers discretion.
