Our Ray Brook location is currently looking to immediately fill a Yard Foreman position with someone who possess knowledge on Building Material Products and has a strong background in leadership.

  • Set schedule - 40+ hours per week

  • Paid weekly on Fridays

  • Discretionary profit share after one year of employment

  • Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately

  • Monitor employee’s daily activity and delegate or assign work as appropriate

  • Challenge and develop employees’ performance, provide feedback, and hold direct reports accountable for their goals and job responsibilities

  • 2 years forklift experience

  • Work outside year-round

  • Must be able to lift 50-80lbs regularly

  • Motivate employees and offer opportunity and reward appropriately

  • Make recommendations to Manager regarding efforts to control employee turnover

  • Make recommendations to Manager regarding employee performance for coaching, review, and disciplinary efforts
