Direct the professional development of petitioner's soccer coaching staff, develop and implement petitioner’s youth soccer coaching programs, as follows: develop and teach youth soccer coaching exercises and strategies for coaching staff; oversee speed, agility and quickness training programs; develop and complete evaluations of petitioner’s coaches' performance, observing them in the field to do so; serve as coaching director, perform head coaching duties for selected teams competing in premier or elite level leagues. 1 position. Work at employer headquarters Morris County area, NJ, and soccer fields in Morris County, NJ: Also required: Limited travel of up to approximately 30% of employee’s time to locations mostly in the U.S., occasionally outside the U.S., for trips typically 5 to 7 days in length, for tournaments or other soccer competition events. Requires: 18 months experience directing youth soccer teams player development for youth soccer teams competing in elite or premier level leagues; plus a bachelor's degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Sports Coaching, Sports Science, Physical Education, Sports Management or similar sports field; plus U.S. Soccer "National A" Youth Coaching License or U.S. or foreign equivalent, soccer coaching license.
