Essential Job Duties:
This position will perform concrete installation and finishing work on all concrete and asphalt projects. This position is to
perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities will include delivering material to job site, working with
construction crews, and brick masons with materials and mechanics with ladders and scaffolds. Will provide installation of
signs, benches, tables and fencing as well as other job duties assigned.

Ability to perform and assist concrete and asphalt work
Ability to climb ladders, work on top of University buildings.
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally with supervisors and the general public and understand verbal and
written instructions and other communications regarding work assignments and other matters.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable
accommodations
NC Driver’s License or ability to obtain one within 60 days
Preferred Qualifications:
