ManpowerGroup Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Raleigh, North Carolina

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC). As a TAC, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive candidate experience through operational excellence in the hiring and onboarding process. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Raleigh NC

Payrate: $20/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the applicant flow within our applicant tracking system.

  • Proactively communicate with candidates and hiring managers on status and necessary activities.

  • Coordinate interview activities and make travel arrangements as needed.

  • Prepare and deliver offer letters.

  • Manage pre-offer and pre-employment checks in accordance with Global Employment Verification Standards.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Provide advice and education to Talent Acquisition Partners or Hiring Teams on hiring processes and compliance.

  • Screen candidates based on defined hiring requirements.

  • Identify process efficiencies and opportunities for improving the candidate or hiring manager experience.

  • Construct and analyze detailed reporting from the applicant tracking system.

  • Ensure audit compliance.

  • Perform other duties associated with support to the Talent Acquisition Team as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of operational experience with an HR or Talent Acquisition function.

  • 2-5 years of professional experience.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Strong teaming skills and ability to work collaboratively.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Resourceful and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Mid-level Excel proficiency.
