KPMG is currently seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis, value stream mapping, customer persona journey mapping, current state process mappings, and identify solutions to customers' business challenges

  • Compile business data using industry-specific knowledge to gain insight into a business organization and current operating structures

  • Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders

  • Contribute to the development of customer value objectives and plans to realize the value through specific business outcomes as well as product adoption key metrics

  • Act as a trusted advisor with the customer throughout the engagement

  • Manage and communicate process analysis outputs to the ServiceNow Agile design and delivery teams as a bridge to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations; provide support, training, and mentoring to other members of the team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent ServiceNow experience as part of multiple development, business transformation and implementation projects; experience in process definition, improvement, and re-engineering; demonstrated experience developing requirements, creating Agile Stories, project artifacts, workshop templates, PowerPoints and process BPMN creation

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; certifications in the following preferred: Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist (CSA, CAD, CIS); Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM, SPM, HRSD, Platform; Industry Certifications Agile Scrum Master; SAFe 5.x Product Owner/Manager; SAFe 5.x Fundamentals; CPDE Certified Process Design Engineer; Business Process Management (BPC) training/certification is desired

  • Proven experience communicating complex ideas with stakeholders and building collaborative relationships with team members, customers, executive leaders and other stakeholders across the organization

  • Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with the ability to work with a solution or product architect to translate business process requirements into solution stories

  • Track record of providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders to solve business process and/or technical problems by focusing on options that identify the pros and cons of those options and the risks and impacts of each option

  • Competency with business process mapping tools such as IBM Blueworks, Visio, Ins.Pi Designer, Figma UX, and Mural is preferred; experience using VSM Value Stream Mapping is preferred
