Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Improvement Consultant to support a project with a large banking client in Raleigh, NC. This role is pivotal in responding to enterprise-level organizational changes and driving process improvements across bank operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, operations staffing modeling, and system implementation, with over 15 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement & Operations:

Lead initiatives to improve operating model frameworks.

Implement systems and create centralized teams to transition processes from bankers to back-office operations.

Develop staffing models, define service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure efficient operations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy:

Collect and analyze information to understand bank operations.

Meet with key stakeholders to gather insights and document findings.

Formulate strategies based on gathered information and stakeholder interviews.

Provide regular updates to executive-level management (1-2 touchpoints per week).

Program Leadership & Execution:

Lead program-level initiatives to support organizational changes.

Coordinate execution with internal teams and provide guidance to ensure successful implementation.

Formulate, vet, and sell approaches to stakeholders, rallying support and guiding execution.

Assessment & Planning:

Conduct a comprehensive assessment within the first 45 days.

Develop a detailed plan over the next 6 months, outlining step-by-step priorities and actions.

Skills and Requirements

15+ years of directly relevant experience, with a significant portion in finance or banking.

Experience working with large financial institutions (LFIs) on operations.

Proven track record in process improvement and operational transitions, including call centers and project-level operations.

Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Expertise in process improvement and operating model frameworks.

Strong leadership and program management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage stakeholders effectively. null
