Cayuse Holdings Recruitment Business Partner in Raleigh, North Carolina

Overview

Cayuse Shared Services (CSS) provides the back-office support services for the Cayuse Holdings family of companies. CSS provides services related to Finance, Compliance, Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Marketing and Legal. We also provide some of these support services to organizations outside of Cayuse Holdings.

The Recruitment Business Partner provides recruitment of talent for a variety of customers across different fields in an effort to meet recruiting and organizational goals. Strong customer relationship management skills and partnerships are key to having success in this role, accompanied by an ability to identify skilled talent that will positively add to culture. This position is remote and will support our current customers and new business that we bring onboard. Responsibilities

  • Utilize recruiting processes, strategies and best practices while building upon a consistent candidate, interviewer, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.

  • Identify Recruiter and Talent Acquisition needs and equip them with effective tools to scale the hiring process.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for technical positions.

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in specific roles.

  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering necessary documentation.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (preferably iCIMS), sourcing tools like Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, and MS Office Suite.

  • Provide periodic audits to ensure ATS is updated with current statuses for candidates.

  • Partner with Head of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Managers to shape overall talent acquisition strategy.

  • Advise the Talent Acquisition team and Function Leads on solutions to recruiting challenges.

  • Lead all aspects of regulatory compliance, data integrity, and audits in our recruiting practices

  • Provide periodic audits to ensure ATS is updated with current statuses for candidates

  • Partner with Head of Talent Acquisition to shape overall talent acquisition strategy.

  • Advise the Talent Acquisition team and Function Leads on solutions to recruiting challenges.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment (IT preferred).

  • Experience with souring IT Technical Roles and/or supporting Government contracts.

  • Extensive experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), iCIMS preferred.

  • Knowledge of doing Boolean, IntelliSearch and X-Ray searches.

  • Knowledge of professional social networks sites and resume databases.

  • Experience in recruitment of cleared professionals.

  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills:

  • Self-starter with the ability to learn new tasks and skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within an organization and externally in a professional, articulate manner.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high-level attention to detail.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

  • Strong organization and communications skills.

  • Ability to multitask and have practical time management skills.

  • Team Player.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Working Conditions

  • Professional remote office environment.

  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time. Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.

  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.

  • Polished office protocols, high-tempo communication streams and working conditions.

  • Must be able to work varying work schedules and/or extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines.

  • Provide on-call support outside of normal business hours.

  • Must be able to attend and conduct virtual meetings as needed.

  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
