Description:

The Product Analyst Lead for our Enterprise Ledger, Data & Analytics project at SigniFi will assist the End-to-End Governance team in reviewing the technical transformation of the SigniFi project, which is focused on the Financial Digital Core (SAP Central Finance, S/4 HANA, BW4HANA, Business Objects, Enterprise Performance Management - Anaplan).

The End-to-End Governance process is the central demand intake process for SigniFi, which is fed by business demand from run-state and transformational projects. Your role will be to assist in assessing, solutioning, and aligning the changes with the various TPOs and build teams. In this role you will work and coordinate with various key stakeholders within JNJ from business: Business Process Owners, Squad Leads, Squad Members, Technical Product Owners, and Development Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT lead Product Analyst will work closely to review, assess and the central demand intake process.

  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with SigniFI business product owners, Technical Product Owners, Solution Architects and platform technology leads to review and assess requirements with the goal of best in class solutioning.

  • Establish, lead, and evolve demand governance in close partnership with Business and IT partners.

  • Actively seek and implement operational process improvements to increase team effectiveness, efficiency, and value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or other technical related field.

  • At least 5 years or related business experience.

  • At least 3 years of related experience working with S/4 HANA, Central Finance.

  • In-depth SAP experience in S/4 HANA projects, demonstrating responsibility for analyzing business requirements and proposing efficiency and productivity improvements.

  • Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: SLT, BW4HANA, solution governance, technology, or process definition.

  • Experience or familiarity with SAP FICO modules, Universal Ledger, I2C (Invoice to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), Asset Management and/or Project Accounting, Treasury, Tax.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent team collaboration skills, establishing and maintaining professional relationships.

  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in analytical techniques.

  • Robust problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex requirements and devising innovative solutions.

  • Knowledge of EPM tools such as Anaplan and agile tools like Confluence and Jira is a plus.

This is a duration based role with the anticipated end date of 24 months after start date. There is possibility to extend under management discretion. This is not a contract position. It is a FTE role with Johnson & Johnson and is eligible for severance.

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market. For US candidates, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
