TEKsystems Help Desk Technician in Raleigh, North Carolina
Top Financial client is looking for a True Helpdesk Professional to assist internal users throughout the company. The bank is currently running under Windows 10 operating system fully and is currently using ServiceNow ticketing system and will be taking 30-40 tickets per day. Each call will take an average of 7-10 minutes for call resolution. Some of the issues they will encounter will be troubleshooting applications such as Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and resolving password resets. Eventually this person will be a part of other internal projects and and learning such as adding accounts, users, and permissions via Active Directory.
Previous experience supporting fortune 500 customers is preferred. Customer service will be the most important factor in this technicians success. This technician will be supporting internal users of First Citizens bank white glove service will be vital.
This opportunity will sit 100% but is preferred in the Raleigh-Durham, NC region. If the technician would like to come onsite, they will be able to 2/5 days a week. This would allow them to gain valuable insight and learn from the team in greater capacity.
