Accenture Full Stack Engineering Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina

Full Stack Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Raleigh, NC): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Full Stack Engineering Manager in Raleigh, NC, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Manage a team of Full Stack Engineer professional employees in the US across various levels including Associate Managers, Team Leads and Consultants.

  • Build analytical data systems from ground up, which includes providing architectural directions, translating business issues into specific requirements to develop analytic data solutions, and identifying appropriate data to support the solutions.

  • Develop work assignments, set work schedules, and establish and monitor the completion of team core duties and responsibilities, assignments and projects.

  • Direct and review execution of projects and oversee approval of work products.

  • Re-design and re-engineer complex data integration solutions.

  • Develop quantitative and qualitative business insights.

  • Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.

  • Interact with client senior management to manage issues, risks and financials for a project.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Managing, designing, and developing large scale data migration, data integration, and data consumption solutions;

  • Supporting a high availability Data Solution on Teradata, Databricks and Snowflake;

  • Programming experience with Python, Java, or Scala;

  • Working on Complex SQL and SQL Performance Tuning;

  • Translating business and functional requirements into technical requirement and designs for data integration, migration, and data consumption; and

  • Utilizing Agile Delivery Methodologies for project development including work breakdown, sizing, PI planning, Sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing AWS Data Specialty with experience in Glue, Pyspark, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and Terraform;

  • Working with Infrastructure and Operations team to configure Qlik Replicate or other data replication tools;

  • Implementing data migration and integration with Databricks;

  • Working with Infrastructure and Operations team to configure Apache Kafka; and

  • Implementing automated deployment and DevOps tools including Jenkins, Cloudbees, Udeploy, and GIT.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
