We believe happy employees do amazing work, so join our team NOW! We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Cisco ISE Administrator for a Full-Time Remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to ensure efficient network access controls.

  • Configure, administer and document custom policies for Network Access Controls.

  • Conduct high-level troubleshooting of network and application issues.

  • Adhere strictly to Information Systems security guidelines.

  • Manage, plan, and design a framework for authenticating and authorizing national clients via various methods, including dot1x and profiling.

  • Enforce compliance across remote VPN, wireless, and wired networks.

  • Manage Cisco ISE VMware servers, including certificate management, licensing, and integration with 3rd party application servers.

  • Administer Cisco ISE Guest Network environment and user accounts.

  • Assist in onboarding and introduction of new endpoints onto the network.

  • Utilize Splunk for reporting and data search from Cisco ISE.

  • Perform packet captures and TCP dumps for application traffic analysis.

  • Provide support for ISE-related issues, including off-shift and weekend support.

  • Utilize the ServiceNow application to monitor, troubleshoot, and track all ISE-related tickets.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in administering Cisco ISE and managing security devices.

  • Strong analytical skills in traffic and log analysis.

  • In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, UDP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.

  • Knowledge of network, protocol, and application traffic flows, including the ability to troubleshoot basic network issues, including IPv6.

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of best practices and IT operations for always-up, always-available services.

  • Creative thinking skills and a detail-oriented personality.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.

  • Cisco Certified Specialist - Identify Management (CCIS) certification required.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with firewalls, proxies, and switches/routers from vendors such as Juniper Mist, Fortinet, and Aruba.

  • Cybersecurity skills and knowledge of network and log analytics.

  • Proficiency with application layer protocols, including HTTP, SSH, SSL, and others
