    Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and/or support bid preparation, contract closure and field mainanace project execution process, 

  • Project coordination and proactive communication of project status (NCRs, AWA's, claims, complaints, HSE issues, etc.),

  • Cooperation and coordination of all Company departments involved in field project execution,

  • Preparation of technical and commercial proposals and project execution plans, 

  • Project Risk Management,

  • Be the single point of Contact for assign projects,

  • Cooperation with HSE and Field Operations departments during the preparation and implementation of the project

  • Ensure project full compliance with polices, standards and contract requirements,

  • Capture & share Project Lessons learned and ensure project teams have access to and use relevant lessons learnt from similar projects throughout all project phases,

  • Follow up on project gate process,

  • Support Project Managers in the daily duties,

  • Budget and cost management, 

  • Claim management.

    Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical expertise,

  • Core 4-5 years hands on experience with field maintenance projects involving welding processes,

  • Hands on experience with project coordination and people management,

  • Hands on experience with lump sum projects, additional work identification and claim management,

  • Fluency in English; Other languages will be a plus (German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, etc.),

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office & Projects,

  • Contract and commercial awareness training and experience,

  • Risk management experience,

  • Willingness to travel abroad as part of the job,

  • Strong HSE focus - lead by an example,

    Working Environment:

  • Office-based, Monday to Friday in Radom, Poland.
