    Responsibilities:

  • Talent Attraction and Recruitment: Be a driving force in building our brand and attracting top-tier talent. Lead recruitment initiatives and collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

  • Training and Development: Identify and address training needs, lead induction programs, and support line managers in organizing training schedules. Deploy various training methods to cater to diverse skill levels within the organization.

  • Wellbeing and Engagement: Manage company wellbeing programs, drive engagement and reward initiatives, and foster a positive company culture. Lead initiatives in areas such as diversity, social responsibility, and charity.

  • Leadership and Strategy: Partner with senior leadership in delivering the People strategy. Lead the design and delivery of internal training materials, fostering leadership capabilities and succession planning.

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Take the lead in all recruitment activities. Work closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. Manage online recruitment platforms and job boards effectively.

  • Cultural Initiatives: Implement positive cultural initiatives and address any behavioral or cultural issues within the organization.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience 

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.

  • Proven ability in delivering effective HR Business Partnering in fast-paced organizations.

    Skills:

  • Accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.

  • Interpersonal savvy, organizational savvy, and the ability to plan and align.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and self-development.

  • Strong HR experience in a complex organizational setting.

    Working Environment:

  • Office-based, Monday to Friday.
