Honey Creek Properties, LLC Home Renovation Construction Laborer in Radcliffe, Iowa
Hello and thank you for your interest in Honey Creek Properties. We are a small home renovation company. Most of our work is in the Iowa Falls and surrounding communities (Buckeye, Alden, etc) We do everything from demolition to finish work in a home renovation. So experience in home renovation type construction is preferred but not required. We need someone who is willing to learn new skills and brainstorm/problem solve when things come up. We also need someone who can see what is needed without being told and understands the next steps without being micromanaged. Being able to self manage, clean up behind yourself and have good time management - are all excellent traits that will be considered. You must also have an eye for detail - quality is of high important to us. A must for the position are a valid drivers license and reliance transportation. You also must be able to lift 50 pounds on your own and more than 50 pounds with assistance.
We also own/manage many rental properties and repairs when needed will be a part of the position as well.
This position does pay based on experience and housing can be a part of your base pay. Days/Hours can be flexible if needed.
