Position Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Quality Service Field Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Service Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing phone, email and field based technical support and services for our HVAC products specific to the commercial chiller market to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Service Manager of IAQ Aftermarket Key Responsibilities Carry out all repair and maintenance work to Jetson and other manufacturers\' refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to a high standard of accuracy Extensive HVAC technical and product knowledge Ability to effectively communicate technical information both verbally and in writing Sound judgment to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC product and application issues Ability to multitask in a call center environment Work and liaise closely with customers Project Work - from time to time the role will require the onsite assembly of units delivered in a modular format. This will require mechanical, electrical and refrigeration knowledge. Submit paperwork in a prompt and efficient manner Report day to day activity to the Service Manager to ensure availability and productivity Submit site reports within prescribed timeframe Able to work outside of normal office hours on a regular basis including weekends Mechanical aptitude with minimum of two years product reliability or customer service experience Comfort being the \'face of Modine\' while interacting with customers Familiarity with drawings, wiring diagrams and bills of material Solid math and computer skills, including Office Suite of products - or aptitude to pick up...
