QPS EMPLOYMENT GROUP Quality Inspector in RACINE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: QPS Employment Group has a great Quality Inspector position available at a company in Racine, WI. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Quality Inspector Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspection of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per Inspection Plans and Specifications. - Monitor and comply with quality requirements in accordance with company quality assurance policies and customer specifications. - Conducts inspections at First Article, in-process, in-coming and completes the final inspections. - Document and report inspection findings and results; maintain corresponding records. - Work with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions. - Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by QA Manager. - Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Quality Inspector Requirements: - Must be organized, detail oriented with the ability to see the full impact of each detailed step within a process. - Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively. - Working knowledge of Microsoft office. - Ability to use various inspection tools e.g. calipers and pin gauges. - Good interpersonal skills for interacting and coordinating work within the departments. - Must be able to identify deficiencies and develop new or revised processes and procedures to address. - Ability to work in a standing position up to 4 hours at a time. - Ability to individually lift 25 lbs. - Minimum experience: 1-2 years\' experience in a Quality/Regulatory position or experience preferred. - ISO experience is preferred. - Minimum High School diploma or GED is required. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: racine@qpsemployment.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
