As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Satisfy service requests such as light electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC/PTAC maintenance, etc. Prepare apartments for turnover, may include painting, appliance repair/replacement, plumbing, lock changes, etc. Manage curb appeal by inspecting grounds and buildings. Assist with snow removal if needed. Complete on-call emergency maintenance. Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver\'s license. Previous maintenance experience required. Mechanical aptitude and experience in servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing a variety of items such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, standard appliances and pool maintenance (if applicable).
