Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
  • Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
  • Look up records and enter customer information.
  • Process catalog requests.
  • Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
  • Receive and account for all incoming parts.
  • Provide cost of parts for customers
  • Make sure all displays are organized.
  • Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ years of motorcycle dealership experience desired
  • Retail Sales Experience Required
  • Familiar with Stocking and organizing parts inventory
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalog.
  • Ability to remain customer focused and responds in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for Motorcycles, 4-Wheelers, and SXS's.
  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a can do attitude!
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
