We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the operation and maintenance of 2 buildings and grounds in their main office park. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily activities, conducting maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards. As a Senior Building Maintenance Technician, you will have a significant impact on the safety and functionality of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and oversee the daily operations of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, architectural, structural, and roofing

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and statutes

  • Implement, complete, and follow up on work requests and preventative maintenance for buildings

  • Coordinate and monitor the work of building contractors, including visits, tasks, and repairs

  • Be available on-call for building emergencies during and outside regular work hours

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school education preferred

  • 5-10 years of related work experience

  • Valid Class A driver's license

  • Flexibility in working hours

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Must have own transportation

Working Conditions:

  • Physical requirements include lifting a minimum of 70lbs, using hand and power tools safely, and working at heights or in confined spaces

  • Potential exposure to electrical shock, wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, extreme temperatures, and outdoor weather conditions
