Your role at Clorox:

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in driving the development and execution of integrated Demand and Supply Plans for a world-class company? Look no further than The Clorox Company, where we are seeking an exceptional individual to join us as an S&OP Manager.

As the S&OP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Demand Volume Forecasting process, ensuring alignment with our strategy and process intent. You will work collaboratively with teams from Sales, Marketing, and Finance to incorporate business intelligence and inputs, ultimately creating a flawless Demand Plan. Additionally, you will lead the development of the Supply Plan, ensuring its integration with the Demand Plan and alignment with our strategic objectives in Chile.

In this role, you will:

Lead, mentor and develop the organization : Set strategy and make recommendations on forecasting, inventory, capacity, etc. at the PMU level. Collaborate with other functions to ensure capability and process improvements plans are effectively and efficiently implemented.

Lead the Demand & Supply Planning strategies and execution for Chile, through eS&OP process execution. Lead all aspects of the development and execution of Demand Plans that meet sales and operations objectives for the LATAM. Through his/her team, deliver integrated S&OP (current + next fiscal), financial forecast (current fiscal) and LRP (3-year). Roll-up and communicate data on Capacity, Inventory, Production and Distribution Plans for quarterly, annual, and 3-Yr LRP budget cycles. Set priorities and resolve misalignment. Lead the semi-annual SKU Management process with the Integrator and SBU Leadership team.

Customer Relationship Management: Be primary voice to BU “customer” at the appropriate level (Business Leader, Supply Chain, F&A, Mfg. Leader, etc.). Consolidate data and documents for S&OP process. Lead the Demand & Supply Planning review at Step 4 and DOT meeti

Metrics and Results : Responsible for DP & SP performance at Country level, including both KPIs and in-process metrics such as Forecast Bias & Variability, CFR, Inventory and D&D. Analyze misses, develop responses and action plans as appropriate.

People Management : Responsible for staffing, talent planning, resource balancing and capability development of own area. Coach, develop and assist their reports as required (e.g., in issue resolution). Manage resources and flow them to the work as appropriate.

Lead new initiatives and scenario analysis . Ensure readiness of all variable work is right, and can be absorbed by the function. Assess customers’ satisfaction and health of the organization regularly, and adjust as needed. Ensure sustainability by adequately leveraging the function's Knowledge Management Program and Performance Management tools. Drive standard work and continuous improvement using WCO principles. Continuously assess capability and address gaps as needed.

What we look for:

Experience Required

  • 6-10 years of experience in Supply Chain: Production Planning, MRP, Inventory Management, DRP and/or S&OP strongly desired

  • Business facing roles (e.g., project management) and/or customer facing roles (retail / CPG customer supply chain) desirable

  • MRP Systems, like SAP, APO, Manugistics, etc

  • Desktop applications, including MS Excel, Word, PPT.

  • Lead mid-long term functional strategy and connect to business strategy

Academic Background

  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent working Experience

  • MBA (Desirable)
