Job Description

  • Job Title:  Program Enablement, Change Management & Communications Manager

  • Reports to:  Program Enablement, Change, Communications and Training(CC&T) leader

  • Group / Division:  Corporate / Global Business Services (GBS)

Position Summary:

The role targets preparing GBS and customers/partners to change to new structures, processes, and technology. This role will lead organizational change activities, often through a series of waves across multiple divisions and functions as part of various projects such as transitions/migrations, new system implementations, process improvements, etc. The position will proactively identify the business changes, risks, and mitigation activities including internal customer engagement to support change readiness.

This is an important role in ensuring projects or initiatives are implemented efficiently with minimal impact on the business and promoting a positive, sustained culture aligned with GBS leadership vision. It is a valuable role to lead the change activities to enable successful change execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading internal and external change plans and activities to support GBS program enablement and the business by driving the successful completion of plans.

  • Responsible forcommunications and change plans – people, process, systems/ enabling technology.

  • Delivery of high-quality change communications content,enabling customer/partnerawareness of the project details and changes throughout the project lifecycle, includingcommunications via email, presentations, newsletters, regular updates, etc.

  • Change impact analysis to ensure all changes are detailed, understood, and mitigated.

  • Change readiness assessment activities to collect feedback about readiness and activities required to support the project launch dates including resolution activities.

  • Customer engagement ensuring they are aware and understand the project objectives and required details.

  • Leads Change Agent/Champion networks supporting the change efforts.

  • Supports training activitiesto ensure readiness for project launch.

  • The completion of all change activities and report out during various forums and toll gate reviews, etc.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication experience– verbal, written, and presentation.

  • Experience in delivering high-quality content that communicatescomplicated changes.

  • Proficiencyin the English language (verbal and written), other languages a plus.

  • Experience in leading change in a multi-geographical environment

  • GBS or shared services experience is an advantage.

  • Experience, understanding,and a passion for organizational change.

  • Success in building collaborative partner relationships with a wide range of colleagues.

  • Ability to operate independently, lead through ambiguity and change, and capable of balancing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

  • Ability to handle confidential information in line with confidentiality expectations.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
