Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.

What your background should look like:

Responsabilidades

  1. Preparar y entregar toda la información financiera relacionada con el rendimiento de la planta.

  2. Previsión, planificación presupuestaria y analisis de varianza para P&L.

  3. Desarrollar informes mensuales para el seguimiento de la productividad.

  4. Soporte de operaciones de huellas de consolidación.

  5. Desarrollo de costos estandar y costos de mano de obra y gastos generales y seguimiento.

  6. Preparar la validación financiera y el seguimiento de la solicitud de capital equipment (cer).

  7. Revisar y aprobar el proyecto de ahorro, monitorear el logro.

  8. Gestión de activos y transferencias de activos.

  9. Cumplir con el soporte de analisis de negocio para la gestión de la planta.

  10. Asegurar que el cierre contable sea conforme a las políticas de los estándares de te.

  11. Proporcionar visión para los negocios.

Requisitos

Experiencia mínima: min. 8 años de experiencia en asignaciones de finanzas.

Inglés: fluido tanto escrito como hablado.

Nivel académico: licenciatura

Formación y/o conocimientos

  1. Conocimiento de estados financieros y presupuestos.

  2. Conocimiento de analisis financiero y de variaciones de manufactura

  3. Conocimiento del US gap o general accepted accounting principals

  4. Conocimiento y experiencia en auditorias

  5. Conocimiento del módulo financiero sap.bpc
