Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated person to take on the role of Project Leader on the future OGV development in our site.

The position holder is responsible for compliance with the technical and regulatory requirements, cost, time and scope of the project.

He/She will work closely with the engineering teams in Mexico and France to manage the successful execution of the project.

Complementary Description

  • Preparing, scheduling and monitoring the progress of the project.

  • Coordinating and supporting multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

  • Identifying operations means. create and validate SOW; proposing efficient and lean oriented industrial implantation.

  • Reviewing tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions or mitigation plans.

  • Cooperating and communicating with the full project team to maintain the project's profitability.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Excellent project management and supervision skills.

Sufficient technical knowledge in order to understand scope of change impacts at a technical level leading to cost, schedule and resource changes.

Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or French.
