Primary Purpose of Position:

As part of Ball Global Business Services acts as the Processor for C2C Invoicing for multiple divisions. Provides administrative support for the C2C Sales Account Invoicing and Cash Application functions as directed.

Essential Functions:

  1. Assists with resolving issues related to Special Billings, Customer Claims, Graphics Billings, and Obsolete Inventory, Pricing Adjustments, Duty Status, and International Shipments.

  2. Distributes invoices via multiple channels and upload into archiving systems. Verify EDI transmissions and portal reports.

  3. Uploads invoices to customer websites and portals.

  4. Upload files to Webxtender.

  5. Performs data entry into financial systems and spreadsheets.

  6. Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers.

  7. Works under close supervision within parameters set my management.

  8. Performs maintenance to C2C archives, files, and the financial systems.

  9. Standard additions: relationships, work cycle, attendance, health and safety, communication, meet KPIs, follows policy and procedure.

Position Requirements:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Broad training in a related field usually acquired through high school; college or graduate degree level education or work-related experience

  • Job related experience for 1 year(s) minimum

  • Certifications/Licenses/Other
