The HR intern will be involved in the planning of internal events and programs, as well as leadership-oriented courses, with real business impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Help with the coordination of the internal engagement events and activities (hobbies, festivities, gifts, etc.)

  • Help with the coordination of the training process: open offer, create groups, send invites and follow-up on attendances.

  • Help with the follow up on HR KPIs.

  • Process documentation.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs to assist in identifying HR solutions.

  • Work with multi-functional teams of HR and Leadership to help develop and govern current and future workforce planning needs.

  • Demonstrated leadership, self-confidence, initiative, interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and ability to adapt to change.

  • Develop a good working relationship with the HR community through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, and early identification of requirements and any service issues.

  • Help with other activities, duties, and responsibilities assigned to the HR area.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Phycologist, Marketing)

  • Availability for working 40 hours per week (from Monday to Friday).

  • Strong communication skills, high energy, and Passion.

  • Continuously desiring to learn and grow.

  • Sense of responsibility and accountability.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with deadlines.

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to manage sensitive data.

  • Supportive and enthusiastic team player.

Desired Characteristics

  • Oral and written English communication skills.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
