Qualifications: Technical Degree and Computers. Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years related work experience; ability to troubleshoot computer systems. Must have knowledge of using meters and troubleshooting equipment. Candidate must have good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. An openness to learning new technologies. A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software is a plus. Candidate must be able to speak and understand the English language and must be able to work well alone and with others.

Candidate should also be familiar with some aspects of desktop computers. Basic knowledge of simple networking and network cabling skills, operating systems (Windows 7, 10). Must be capable of installing and configuring system devices; batteries, cables, external pc speakers, etc

Description of Work : L ooking for a tech-minded person to be responsible for providing technical maintenance and possible repair of computer systems, hardware, and software. As a Computer Systems maintenance technician, you are responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance tasks within the customers sites. Dispatching to maintenance requests via email, service ticket, or phone and offering technical support to customers while onsite or referring them internally to the Field Service Technician team. Maintenance will include the testing of system batteries, with replacement when needed , and tracking the testing and replacements via spreadsheet. Responsibilities also include cleaning and making sure onsite PC and peripheral devices are in working order, clean, and ready to use. This position will require some heavy lifting of equipment from time to time. Candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
