Wright, a Balfour Beatty Company is seeking a Receptionist in the Seattle, Washington office. This role will answer incoming calls, greet visitors, direct callers/visitors to others, take and distribute messages. Essential Functions Pleasantly answers all incoming phone calls, greets visitors, and directs inquiries to the proper party. Maintains conference and boardroom calendars; schedules use based on availability. Maintains conference and boardroom physical appearance. Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages and faxes. Responsible for ordering, storing and distributing office supplies. May prepare check requisitions. Receives incoming priority shipping packages, maintains daily log of incoming/outgoing packages and arranges for courier services. Assists in ordering, receiving and distributing of office supplies. Responsible for ordering, storing and distributing office supplies, and for maintaining postage and/or postage/shipping ticket machines. Code invoices such as phone bills, supplier bills, etc. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of front desk reception or related experience required. Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system (up to 10 incoming lines). Ability to work a schedule of 8AM to 5PM consistently with minimal or no flexibility.
