ManTech is seeking a Graphics Specialist to join our MCIA team supporting our growing Marine Corps programs in Quantico, VA. 100% Onsite Work

In this role you will be supporting our USMC customers intelligence unity of effort across the physical domains of air, land, sea, and space as well as the information environment, including cyberspace. The enterprise approach synchronizes their current intelligence programs, units, and personnel at every echelon across the operating forces and supporting establishment.

This positions requires an active TS/SCI

General Responsibilities:

  • Must demonstrate advanced to expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Premier, Aftereffects, and web development is not required, but preferred.

  • Create and edit visual materials while following graphic design principles (alignment, hierarchy, contrast, repetition, proximity, balance, color, negative space) and elements (line, shape, form, texture, space, imagery, typography, and color) using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator on a daily basis.

  • Edit briefing slides in PowerPoint (3 times a week).

  • Create forms using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat (1-2 times quarterly).

  • Create content that includes routine-to-complex graphics, publication design and layout, infographics, forms, briefs, illustrations, posters, logos, photography, videos, and websites.

  • Examine how designs are viewed by their customer to ensure messages are communicated clearly and accurately.

  • Create designs that are artistically interesting and appealing.

  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers, designers, editors, supervisors, etc.

  • Communicate with customers to establish the objective, design, and requirements of the project. Maintains contact with the customer about project progress and deadlines.

  • Experience with Photography and Videography is not required, but preferred.

  • Review products for quality control.

  • Ability to work on several products concurrently while managing competing deadlines.

  • Openness to continuous learning and knowledge sharing with peers.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a project team environment.

  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and four or more years of related experience.

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
