DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

As the Human Resources Lead Specialist, (HR), you will assist with implementing various human resources programs and procedures for all employees in the area. What you'll do on a typical day: * Provide customer service and HR support for employees and team * Coordinate focus groups and engagement activities * Assist with maintaining weekly reports, ensuring documents are kept current, accurate, confidential and in compliance with company polices * Audit and administer monthly reporting, including headcount, startups, payroll, conversion, pre-employment testing, post-accident testing, etc. * Energize the conversion process and administer the temporary employee conversion process, including sending out and processing evaluation forms, and scheduling and facilitating the orientation process * Lead administrative support and training

What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you'll need: * 4 years of experience supporting human resources or in an administrative capacity * Experience with Microsoft Office

It'd be great if you also had: * Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience * Experience with PeopleSoft, Kronos or SuccessFactors * Capacity to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience * Ability to work independently with confidential information while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and integrity * Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
