Job Overview:

SCM Site Coordinator, monitor punch points for equipment, and vendor field site service management.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • On receipt of goods at Site, SCM Site Coordinator to arrange immediate inspection for any damages, overage or shortages through Site Material Manager & generate Overage, Shortage and Damaged Report (OS&D).

  • Coordinate with Lead office Expeditor / Package Manager/Logistics Coordinator/ SCM Lead to drive through the resolution recorded on the OS&D report to ensure completeness of supply is established, which will be evidenced by an Material Receipt Report that will cancel the OS&D.

  • On Receiving inspection of the goods, SCM Site Coordinator to monitor the punch points including its resolution wherein vendor’ support/ feedback is required with the help Lead office Expeditor / Package Manager / SCM Lead to close all the relevant punch points.

  • During visit of vendor field service support at site required during closure of carry over works, Installation & Commissioning

  • Coordinate with vendor rep for smooth entry/ proper work place to ensure the close all the site related support required for the goods

  • Coordinate site activities

Essential Qualifications & Education:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years Working on a site in China

• 10+ years’ procurement experience in an Oil and Gas EPC Company

• Person must be have good communication skills.

• Must be fluent in English, both written / oral
