To receive and check goods from suppliers and/or other third parties as required by the business.

To put goods into locations as directed by either supervision, or in line with information available from the inventory management systems and processes.

To pick jobs in line with provided documentation, including picklists (both digital and paper-based), dispatch notes etc and collate and organise materials as required for use by the internal or external customer.

To be an active contributor to the daily cycle count activities and identify and assist with any discrepancies or problem solving activities into the causes of discrepancies.

All materials movements will follow safe manual handing practices (including the correct use of PPE), using an appropriate forklift truck, or other lift or manual handling equipment.

To keep a safe, clean and properly maintained working environment.

To follow safe working practices, and showing due consideration for the safety of themselves and others.

To carry out inventory management system transactions as required.

To take an active part in problem solving and continuous improvement activities.

To take an active role in annual physical inventory check, as required.

Must have a valid counterbalance truck license from a recognised training centre or agency. The greater preference is for RTIB.

Must have demonstrable IT experience with transactions into a live inventory management system.
