DescriptionJob Title:Director, Product Management-IDS 1048Overview:Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence Solutions organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for partners across the globe. As part of this organization, the Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative authentication and digital identity products that enable simple and secure digital experiences for consumers.• The candidate will define and deliver an industry-leading solution that will digitize, simplify and secure new customer and account creation, onboarding and provisioning more seamless and secure in payments and beyond.• The candidate will work with the team to drive the product management, launch and strategy to scale a new identity verification product offering.• The candidate will ensure the product meets the evolving needs of customers and consumers as their lives become increasingly more digital.• Do you have a passion for creating digital products using leading-edge technology?• Are you ready to deliver safer and simpler ways for consumers to interact in their daily lives?• Are you motivated to drive transformational change in markets across the globe?Role• Lead product management for new identity verification offering.• Contribute to the evolution of the product strategy; define vision and roadmap to align to customer needs.• Develop a prioritized view of customer needs and market opportunities by segment and use cases; evolve roadmap accordingly.• Develop and execute plans to integrate offering with other Mastercard capabilities and distribution channels (e.g., digital payment and Open Banking solutions) to drive differentiation and scale.• Manage development of business requirements and communication to platform and technology teams.• Define and monitor success metrics and KPIs to ensure effectiveness of product offering; enhance offering based on performance and voice of the customer.• Work with global commercialization, regional go-to-market and sales teams to develop plans to meet established revenue goals for product.• Drive ongoing evaluation of potential partners; develop and maintain intelligence on key players in value chain from both a global and regional perspective.All About You• Extensive product management experience is required - including experience establishing revenue trajectory for product(s).• Domain experience in the digital identity, identity verification and/or authentication is strongly preferred.• Knowledge of relevant security trends, technology, industry standards and vendor landscape are preferred.• Strong cross-functional leader with ability to drive tangible results with business partners.• Superior communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.• Successful track record engaging at senior levels in organization and with partners.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment critical for success.• Travel up to 40% when circumstances permit.
