Are

you passionate about improving learning experience through a micro-learning

approach? Are you comfortable asking questions? Do you like to create solutions

that drive measurable improvements to how people learn? Does designing learning

assets and working in a fast-paced environment excite you? If so, Cornerstone

University is looking for a Team Lead, Learning Experience Design to build high

impact learning content to drive product knowledge and adoption.

As Team

Lead, Learning Experience Design, you will be responsible for the design and

development of training content for Cornerstone customers, partners, and

employees. This role is critical in driving Cornerstone product adoption and customer

education. As a leader and collaborative member of the Learning Design team,

you will be responsible for project oversight and work closely with other

Learning Experience Designers to create engaging learning assets. The work is a

combination of instructional design (50%), asset creation such as videos and

guides (20%), and project management (30%).

Inthis role you will...

  • Manage the day-to-day tasks and project workflow.

  • Work cross-functionally to design engaging learning content that educates new and existing users on Cornerstone product functionality.

  • Design experiences that present use cases and best practices that drive product adoption.

  • Write scripts that present key concepts and ideas in a fun, engaging and accurate way.

  • Utilize the ADDIE model to conduct needs/gap analysis, identify learning and performance objectives, design relevant engaging content, and develop evaluation and assessment strategies.

  • Deploy online simulations, scenarios, and interactions, and consult on video production, storyboards, and interactive learning videos.

  • Design and develop bite size learning assets including infographics, checklists, and quick reference guides.

  • Build assessments that accurately measure learner engagement and knowledge retention.

  • Help to drive the identification, promotion, and deployment of effective and innovative practices in learning delivery.

  • Monitor, manage and report on learning and assessment data.

You’vegot what it takes if you have...

  • 2-3 years project managementexperience.

  • Solid instructional design experience with the ability to create engaging, instructional materials for delivery in a variety of formats.

  • Ability to convey technical information in a creative, story-telling format.

  • Motivation and drive to work within a team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology, new processes, and standards in an environment of continuous improvement.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet all scheduled deadlines

  • Proficiency in Camtasia or similar video tools

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional or media design, or related field or equivalent work experience

Extradose of awesome if you have...

  • Experience with Cornerstone Products (will consider experience with other talent management systems).

  • Graphic design experience.

  • Previous experience in Learning Design at a technology company.
