Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited (STSPL) is the Indian subsidiary of German multinational engineering and electronics conglomerate Siemens that focuses on IT and management services. The subsidiary is split into four units: Corporate Technology India, Siemens Corporate Finance and Controlling, Global Shared Services, and Siemens Management Consulting. Located in Electronic City in Pune , it has over 5000 employees.

We are looking for a Strategic Buyer (w/m/d) Licenses for international Projects meeting the need for smart-mobility solutions .

Your new responsibilities and tasks – Challenging and future oriented

· Advise technical departments on the selection of suitable software or license components, on the basis of cost and benefit calculations for individual and project requirements

· In order to achieve the highest possible savings and to mitigate risks, you will prepare and independently conduct negotiations with small to medium purchasing volumes.

· You will also conduct framework contract negotiations with national and international service providers

· Close collaboration with the global commodity manager to ensure the strategy implementation

· You will work closely with the legal department, other Siemens Purchasing organizations and other functions (e.g. Data Protection, Information/Cyber Security)

· Data analysis of existing licenses and data maintenance in the existing tools

Your qualification – Well-grounded and adequate

· Knowledge about different license models ((software licenses, subscriptions, XaaS)

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, economics, or equivalent

· In addition, you have already experience in license and software asset management, strategic or IT project purchasing.

· As a result, you will have tried-and-tested experience of working with cross-functional interface partners and suppliers.

· You have in-depth knowledge of software (e.g. software licenses, subscriptions, XaaS) and complex IT license models (software licenses, subscriptions, XaaS)

· You also have commercial and contractual expertise in the field of software contracts as well as license and copyright law

· Sie verfügen über ein fundiertes Verständnis von Reporting- und Controlling-Strukturen im Einkaufs-Umfeld. In diesem Zuge sind SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
