Emerson Sr. DevOps Lead Engineer in PUNE, India

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hardworking Sr. DevOps Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years recent experience in Azure DevOps, Docker containerization and clustering (Kubernetes/EKS), MongoDb, Linux, Cloud Administration (AWS IAM, EKS, EC2, VPC etc.), Platform Administration.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Responsible for bundle creation & deployments for various sprint/QA/validated releases, Customer specific deployments, Installation support for customers, support for Dev/QA/Val/Performance testing.

  • Additionally, shall be responsible for building and maintaining Repos/CI/CD pipelines.

  • Maintain the enterprise infrastructure platforms such as AWS cloud, MongoDB.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MSc / MCA (Computer Science/ IT) is required.

  • Overall relevant experience of around 8 to 10 Years

  • Working experience in Microservices based Architecture.

  • Working experience in On-prem, Cloud Administration & Azure DevOps

  • Working experience in enterprise SSO integration (SAML, OAuth)

  • Practical experience with Docker containerization and clustering (Kubernetes/EkS)

  • Configuration and managing MongoDb Clusters

  • Experience working on Linux based infrastructure.

  • Expertise on cloud platforms services like AWS IAM, VPC, Security groups & Domain management services

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Working experience of Life science process specification and Recipe Management will be an added advantage.

  • Experience working in Agile development methodology.

  • Experience working for projects in regulated industry.

  • A drive towards automating repetitive tasks (e.g., scripting via Bash, Python etc.)

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
