What you’ll do:

Lead Logistics Programs & Transformation initiatives end to end from GSC CoE Logistics and deliver business value through program deliverables

• Lead and coach Logistics Program Managers for driving E2E projects/programs and deliver business outcomes

• Work across multiple Eaton business locations and functions to drive change management

• Drive consistency and best-practice deployment across the function.

• Identify and implement opportunities for processes and performance improvement

• Lead and execute Logistics projects, in alignment with Logistics strategy, coordinating cross-funtional teams.

• Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team, assess priorities, and manage multiple activities with attention to detail, meeting tight deadlines under pressure

• Drive cost out reporting and analytics capturing inputs from leadership

• Develop multi-year Cost-out pipeline by working closely with Global Logistics stakeholdersCoordination with IT, COE team and identify continuos improvement, automation opportunities and gain productivity improvements.

• Drive 'Logistics Digitalization' initiatives and data analytics to enable effective decison making and value delivery

• Partner with business and regional logistics teams to drive operational data analytics, reporting and compliance

• Effectively manage the international transportation and logistics activities for compliance, streamlining existing processes and procedures, and improving total cycle time

• Support the effort to build organization capabilities within the function; focusing on both leadership as well as functional competency development through close monitoring and mentoring

Qualifications:

Education level required - BE Mechanical, MBA, PMP

Area of years required - 13 years or more

Soft skills : Excellent leadership skills, team lead aptitude in a complex, multi-cultural environment, International experience, multi-language
