Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, and Angular/UI frameworks.

• Knowledge of cloud-native development, e.g., pivotal cloud foundry.

• Previous experience with tools like Jenkins, Confluence, JIRA, Rally.
