We are looking for a CFD Specialist to join our Sulzer India team.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for carrying out CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation independently from geometry clean-up to technical report preparation.

  • Interface with customers, at the behest of the sales team, to ensure that all technical and commercial specifications are received, reviewed, clarified, and agreed with customers towards CFD analysis.

  • Take lead and provide support on CFD calculations requirements for regional and other overseas engineering teams.

  • Interpret CFD results and provide appropriate design recommendations considering manufacturing and cost aspects.

  • Participate in discussions with customer, to technically defend/ communicate the analysis of the CFD study.

  • Develop standardization methods for fast and better solutions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Completed higher education in Ph.D./ MTech (CFD/Chemical/Thermal) with 8-12 years of relevant work experience.

  • Business acumen, Service sales Management and Customer service orientated.

  • Knowledge of compliance and ISO procedures, Hydraulics Competencies & Simulations.

  • Relevant professional experience in Oil & Gas industry is desirable.

  • Software Skills:ANSYS CFX, FLUENT, SPACECLAIM, ICM CFD, FUENT MESHING
