An excellent opportunity as a part of a growth-oriented business unit and culture for passionately driving sales in the designated territory. Diversity candidates with sound techno-commercial experience in the IBMS space would be preferred. A right fit would be someone as below -

• Having minimum 10+ years of demonstrated pre-sales/ sales/ business development experience on ELV/ IBMS solutions - BMS, chiller plant managers, FAS, ACS, CCTV, PA, Gas Suppression systems.

• Passionate candidate with an excellent communication skill and having a sound design understanding of the above listed systems.

• Responsible for a sales target for the designated territory working on different verticals- Industry, IT/ITes, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Commercials, Infrastructure.

• Nurturing a strong business connect with regional technical consultants, end clients, developers, general contractors, and project management consultants.

• Has a self-drive on ensuring qualitative funnel development for Pune, RoM, Goa and for driving closures abiding by the company processes & effective/ extensive cross functional alignments.

• Candidates with an experience of working in the industrial belts of Pune, RoM would be a plus.
