Your Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for software applications and ensure they are functioning smoothly

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues with applications and troubleshoot problems reported by users

  • Collaborate with developers, quality assurance, and other technical teams to identify and address software issues

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and support services

  • Participate in application development projects by providing technical support and contributing to testing and deployment activities

  • Work with end-users to gather feedback, answer inquiries, and provide training on software applications

  • Ensure that applications are compliant with organizational standards, policies, and regulations

  • Test and validate software updates before deployment to production environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in application support, software development, or related field

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes

  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications

  • Working knowledge of databases, SQL queries, and programming languages such as Java or Python

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well with cross-functional teams and end-users

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
