What you’ll do:

• Prepare and Publish Global Intercompany Variance Reports.

• Support Financial Consolidation form IC variance perspective.

• Prepare and post netting settlement entries.

• Month End Accounting support to GFA corporate ledgers (Journal entries, allocations and reconciliations)

• Prepare and post global recharges and allocations.

• Support Treasury Accounting like ICA’s, Interest and Loans bookings

• Support the transition of work for benefit accounting by posting monthly entries for pension and OPEB.

• Provide ad hoc data and reporting as required.

• Prepare and compile of monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliation for the Global financial accounting team to ensure compliance with established internal and external accounting guidelines and requirements, including GAAP and internal control, and ensure the integrity of leaders is maintained. Support debarment in on-going Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives.

• Provide information and analysis for management decision-making. Gather and analyze data for special and ad-hoc reporting.

• Asist with recommendation, development and implementation of process improvements in support of departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Degreed Accountant: MBA, CPA, CMA preferred.

Skills:

• Oracle knowledge.

• SAP knowledge

• HFM/FCCS knowledge

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• High level of customer service skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to contribute to process improvements.

• High ethical standards

• Ability to recognize potential impacts to balance and budget owners.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information (salaries, projects, invoices etc.)
