Project Manager con experiencia en eventos y giro audiovisual

Requisitos:

Ingenieria/ lic.

Inglés Intermedio

Deseable conocimiento en AutoCAD

Experiencia planificación/gestión de eventos y manejo equipos audiovisuales

Conocimiento en administración de proyectos.

Gestión de Logística (capital humano, horarios, agendas, etc.)

Manejo de paquetería office Avanzado (Word-Excel-Power Point)

Actividades:

Definir con el cliente las expectativas de proyecto/evento y concretar detalles finales para su ejecución.

Realizar la cotización/solicitud interna con personal de ventas.

Definir los viáticos para el staff y gestionar la comprobación adecuada al finalizar el proyecto.

Planificar los recursos para ejecutar el proyecto, plazos de entrega, montaje, costos previstos, logística, transportación.

Realizar los cronogramas describiendo tiempos de ejecución y actividades de los involucrados.
