Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced, high-energy, and dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing outstanding customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming calls and address patient inquiries or redirect them as necessary Perform patient intakes, including gathering necessary information and completing required paperwork Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar Scan and file medical documents accurately and efficiently Assist with billing and insurance processes as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless office flow

Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities

Salary: From $14.50 per hour Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Monday to Thursday 8 Hour Shift, Friday 7 Hour shift
