Fortive Corporation Logistics Specialist in Pudong, China

Job Responsibilities

  • Leverage resource and capability to solve import problems together with other related teams

  • Work cooperatively with Global platform logistics team, 3PL logistics supplier and broker for on-time delivery of inbound & outbound shipments

  • Working closely with Customs and other gov bureaus on necessary certificate applications and gov related affairs

  • Work effectively on E-lot system operation, ensure annual Customs E-lot verification pass without any issue

  • Support on China MFG revenue/OTD and inventory control

  • Work closely with logistics and other functional team on projects to meet logistics saving target

Job Requirement

  • Successful candidate will have a minimum 7 years of business experience in logistics and trade compliance

  • Demonstrated strong capability in managing 3PL’s performance and working with government departments

  • Good knowledge in Customs regulations, familiar with necessary certificate application including 3C, electronic efficiency, Li battery transportation certificate and used equipment import

  • Good knowledge in classification, DG handling

  • Experience working in a collaborative manner on cross-functional assignments with a broad range of issues that reside across large-scale, complex international environments

  • Working experience in Electric Industry or ACE company is a strong Plus.

  • Fluent English in written and oral
